NectroLume is a brand of Nectro Toys LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.

Buying the product

All sales are made through Amazon.in. When you buy, your contract is formed on Amazon and is governed by Amazon's Conditions of Use and its policies on pricing, availability, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds. We cannot vary those policies.

The price shown on this site is indicative. The price on the Amazon listing at the time you place your order is the price that applies. The same goes for availability and delivery estimates.

If something is missing or damaged

Start with Amazon's returns process, since that is where the order sits and where a refund or replacement has to be issued. You are also welcome to write to us at customercare@nectrolume.com and we will help where we can.
